I'm a Mindfulness Based - Cognitive Behavioral - Solution Focused Therapist (that's a lot). My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your present life. By applying complimentary therapy approaches and techniques, we can unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you find that you can't leave your home, or office, there are circumstances when I can come to you. In cases of agoraphobia, PTSD, health related issues, and others, getting to a therapist can be extremely difficult. Let's discuss your individual needs and see if Home Based Therapy is a better option for you. Home Based therapy is offered on a limited basis.
