I have first responders in my own family and with some close friends. Seeing repetitive traumas they are thrust into should never be ignored.
If you feel you are experiencing heightened anxiety, depression or symptoms of ptsd please put some focus on yourself and obtain care. Hypnosis may work well for treating any type of stress you are trying to manage.

Veterans / Military
PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a mental health condition that can occur after you've experienced a major trauma. Military / Combat PTSD is different than Civilian PTSD, in that, with Military / Combat PTSD the event is expected and the trauma is repeated over and over. I've received training by the U.S. Dept of Navy at Port Heuneme, CA, as well as the U.S. Department of Army physicians at Walter Reed Army Hospital at a training held in Boston, MA.
My personal experiences in working with others trying to manage life after war has given me some invaluable insight. I have family that have been affected by deployments for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). I have seen how it has affected, not only the Veteran, but his/her immediate family as well. Also, I've worked directly with Veterans in the community in helping them manage daily living after multiple tours from OEF and OIF.
For military clients I accept TriCare Insurance.
